We being the part of one of the leading plastic processing group in Asia and also having the distinction of being the first manufacturers in bulk packaging to get an ISO certification for our unit at Silvassa as early as 1998. Our state of the art Blow Molding Machines are capable of producing barrels complying with U/N Certified Quality Standards. Our Products are manufactured from special grade of High Molecular - High Density Polyethylene. This makes our drums lightweight, durable, chemically inert, stable, with a high Environmental Stress Cracking Resistance (ESCR) quotient and available in grades covering diverse applications and end uses.

We have an in-house facility for testing Raw material i.e. MFI Testing & for finished products we do Drop test, Stack Load test, Leakage test, Hydraulic Pressure test, Vibration test, Top load Resistance test, etc. Our QC Department undertakes quality control procedures as per IS 6312/ (U/N) standards.

We continuously strive to enhance our product portfolio and have expanded our reach with Greenfield manufacturing units in northern and western India. Having established our first unit in Silvassa way back in the year 1995 with its 1st machine from SOFFIAGGIO TECNICA, Italy. We now have manufacturing units at Jammu (J & K), Gadarpur (Uttaranchal), Kutch (Gujarat), Ratlam (Madhya Pradesh) and last but not least Vishakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh) to cater to Pan India demand. Presently, we have an annual capacity of 28,000 MT.

Having carved a niche for ourselves in the bulk packaging market (large size drums), we have also expanded in medium packaging business manufacturing 25 ltr to 100 ltr capacity Narrow Mouth, Open Top and Wide Mouth carboys. TPL Plastech Limited is pleased to add to its range the latest product range of 'QuBC' Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) of 1000 litre capacity and Re-bottled (COBO) IBC. These IBCs are UN certified and available with range of pallet options.

Today the company offers a comprehensive range of narrow mouth, wide mouth and open top drums ranging from 25 ltr to 250 ltr capacity and IBCs of 1000 ltr capacity.
